“The drive to the zoo is smooth and comfortable. takes about 1-1.5 hours from central Cebu. the zoo doesn't allow you to bring your own water or food so no need to prepare these things just buy once there. bring cash as most food spots are just little stalls and kiosks dotted around the park. the park is gorgeous. some really great exhibits that are very engaging.”

“Det har intet med safari at gøre. Man kommer ud på en kæmpe plæne, hvor girafferne og zebraerne går frit. Man får lov at fodre girafferne, som er vildt hyggeligt, men det er ikke en safari-oplevelse. Resten af dyrene er spærret inde i små bure og får hverken rent vand eller mad. Vi kom ikke ud til Black Island pga. vejret, men det fik vi først af vide efter 3 timer inde i turen. Man besøger ikke byen og ser deres vartegn, man ser ikke kirken. Man kommer ud til en strand, som virker totalt ligegyldig. Guiden var ikke eksisterende på turen, det eneste han lavede var at samle en…”

“Driver was extremely nice. We paid a lot of money for the activity in advance, and when we got there we saw that the tickets were much much cheaper. A lot of the animals seemed very sad in captivity (hyena, orangutang etc) this is more like a zoo and not a safari..”
